Meet Robin Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Robin has 30+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. This includes being a property and accounting manager at a large local property management firm. There she performed all bookkeeping functions for several shopping centers and commercial buildings, along with being a licensed leasing agent. She also was a small business owner in the retail and restaurant industries. The latter included development of a business built from the ground up. Since then, Robin has operated her own professional bookkeeping company for the past 12 years. Practical experience from her life's work gives her a unique understanding of the needs of small business. She has been there, like you.
Trust is paramount for Robin when building strong relationships with her clients. It is her mission to maintain an ethical code of conduct in all aspects of her business and bookkeeping practices.
Robin is a native and lifelong resident of the Rogue Valley. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Drew, for almost 30 years and they have a grown son and daughter. She enjoys camping (aka glamping in her RV), exploring the outdoors, and being "mom" of her two Siberian Huskies.
Meet Sara Ward
Chief Operations Officer
Sara recently retired from law enforcement in the greater Seattle area after 20+ years. A native of the Rogue Valley, she returned to her roots, recently moving back to Medford. Sara brings vast investigation experience from her work conducting comprehensive background checks, collision reconstructions, financial crimes and other detective operations, including HR. She is proficient in written communication, data entry, managing databases and served as a systems administrator. Sara also owned her own small home-based business. In addition, she brings decades of volunteer experience in project management, communications, customer service, event coordination and team leading.
Sara loves detail and is an innovative problem solver. Strong integrity and ethics are cornerstones of her character, and she prides herself on providing exceptional customer service. Her goal is to make everyone and every task feel important.
Sara is a mother of two tiny humans. She enjoys reading, crafting, all things water related and many outdoor activities. Travel is another one of Sara's passions and favorite pastimes ~ having visited 28 countries on 5 continents.
Meet Chantól Sego
Chief Financial Officer
Chantól is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with 17+ years in various finance and database administration roles across public, private and nonprofit sectors. She owns a small wedding and event planning side business ~ and volunteers on the board of a local nonprofit in her hometown in Washington State.

A self-proclaimed organizing, finance tracking, spreadsheet nerd ~ she has a deep passion for productivity. She loves creating efficient processes for time management. Her top recommended book is "Getting Things Done" by David Allen for people or businesses looking for ways to increase their productivity.

Chantól has been married to her high school sweetheart for 24 years and have two grown daughters. They like to be outside as much as possible, usually on their mini farm in Washington. Or, they're found adventuring and chasing the sky for great opportunities to photograph the moon and stars. When Washington weather keeps them indoors, you can usually hear the sounds of "The Office" in the background.
